• UK Standard Delivery costs just £3.95. Goods will be delivered within 3 working days.
• If you would prefer not to pay extra for delivery, choose the Free Delivery option. Goods will be delivered within 10 working days, completely free of charge.
• City Limit.biz delivers to any destination in the UK or N. Ireland. For delivery to other addresses within the EU, please contact us for a quote.
• All goods will require a signature on receipt as proof of delivery.
• Please contact us by email, fax or telephone if your goods are not received within the specified period.

• You must return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be unworn, unsoiled and in its original condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt.
• Please also note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange any goods that have been damaged while being worn or washed.
• Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage costs incurred when ordering or returning goods are not refundable*.
